Assam CM to Approach Courts Over Threats in Zubeen Garg Case

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced plans to inform the Supreme Court and Gauhati High Court about threats to gherao his residence if bail is granted to two prime accused in the Zubeen Garg death case. Sarma described the threats by a group led by a legislator as a danger to his family and a potential attempt to murder. The Supreme Court will hear bail petitions on November 30.
