Asian Games Performance Review Meeting Postponed to October 15

The Indian Ministry of Sports has postponed the one-day review meeting with National Sports Federations on India's Asian Games performance from October 13 to October 15. Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya is currently in Ahmedabad for the BRICS Traditional and Indigenous Sports event. The meeting will focus on the underperformance of experienced players in badminton, shooting, and athletics. India won 85 medals, including 21 golds, at the recently concluded Aichi-Nagoya Games, fewer than the 106 medals won in Hangzhou.
