Arunachal CM Says China Border Transgressions Not New, No Intrusion Along LAC
Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu stated that border transgressions by China along the India-China frontier are longstanding due to China's non-recognition of the McMahon Line. He described recent confrontations as transgressions, not intrusions, and assured the state's stability. Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat also confirmed the safety of India's borders and sought to reduce media-induced tensions.
