Anthropic Expands Access to Powerful AI Models for Security Teams

Anthropic has expanded its Cyber Verification Program (CVP), allowing vetted cybersecurity professionals to test its most powerful AI models with fewer safeguards. The Project Glasswing initiative uncovered over 100,000 software vulnerabilities this year, with partners finding 129,000 verified vulnerabilities between April and July. Anthropic's open-source scanning found an additional 5,500 vulnerabilities from April to October, with over 33,000 rated critical or high severity. The company expects the actual impact to be at least five times higher.
