Andhra Pradesh High Court Hears Midhun Reddy's Plea to Quash FIRs in Punganur Violence

The Andhra Pradesh High Court, led by Justice Y. Lakshmana Rao, heard petitions from Rajampet MP P.V. Midhun Reddy seeking to quash four FIRs filed by Punganur police. The FIRs allege his involvement in violence during local body election nominations. Senior Counsel O. Manohar Reddy claimed the cases were frivolous, while the state presented video evidence. Complainants argued the MP's presence was unwarranted and cited cognizable offenses under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

ISRO Plans Five Major Missions Including Gaganyaan Unmanned Flight

ISRO strengthened India's NavIC system by successfully launching the NVS-03 navigation satellite, bringing the total to four satellites in orbit. Two more satellites are being prepared, and one is awaiting approval to reach the required seven for better navigation services. ISRO plans at least five launches this fiscal year, including the first unmanned mission of Gaganyaan, with three unmanned missions planned before sending humans to space. ISRO flew NVS-03 satellite with pyro valves open to ensure mission success

ISRO chief V Narayanan stated that to overcome technical issues and ensure mission reliability, the NVS-03 satellite was operated with three pyro valves open. Man Escapes Police Custody Before Coimbatore Central Prison Admission
