Andhra Pradesh CM Seeks Central Aid After Cyclone Arnab Damage

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has requested central assistance from Union Home Minister Amit Shah to assess damage caused by Cyclone Arnab. The cyclone damaged about 180 houses, mainly in Konaseema, uprooted over 220 trees, damaged roads, and disrupted power supply in coastal districts. Crops on nearly 81,350 hectares were affected. NDRF and SDRF teams are deployed for rescue and relief.
