Anant Raj Gets RERA Approval for Gurugram Project, Plans 357 MW Data Centres

Delhi-based Anant Raj Ltd received RERA certification from Haryana RERA for its luxury residential project, The Estate One, in Gurugram with a built-up area of 1.22 million sq ft. The company plans to launch the project soon. It also targets 357 MW data centre capacity by FY32 across North and South India, expanding from its current 28 MW in Manesar and Panchkula. Anant Raj Cloud Singapore and Orange Business Services signed an MoU with Haryana to host overseas data.
