AMD to Significantly Boost Chip Supply in 2027, CEO Says
AMD plans to substantially increase its chip supply in 2027 to meet rising demand driven by artificial intelligence, CEO Lisa Su said during a visit to Taiwan. AMD is expanding its AI chip business and collaborating with partners like Foxconn, TSMC, Samsung, and SK Hynix to secure production capacity and memory supplies. The company anticipates very high demand for several years.
