All ministers of the Jammu and Kashmir cabinet have submitted their resignations to Chief Minister Omar Abdullah ahead of a cabinet expansion scheduled for tomorrow. A swearing-in ceremony for 3 to 4 new ministers will be held at Lok Bhavan, Srinagar. Under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, a maximum of 9 ministers can be appointed. BJP criticized the resignations as a sign of internal conflict and a weakening government structure.
