Agoda Reports Surge in Festival Travel to Domestic and Asian Destinations

Agoda data shows a rise in travel searches for the festive period including Dussehra, Durga Puja, and Diwali. Between August 1 and September 30, Indian travelers searched most for international cities like Bangkok, Phuket, and Tokyo, and domestic spots such as Goa, Puri, and Udaipur. Agoda's Gaurav Malik noted travelers now prefer diverse experiences including beaches, city breaks, cultural sites, and hill stations.
