ACME Solar Signs 400 MW FDRE Power Pact with NTPC at ₹4.37/unit

ACME Solar Holdings signed a power purchase agreement with NTPC for a 400 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy project at a tariff of ₹4.37 per unit. The project, under NTPC's FDRE-01 tranche, secured final connectivity and leased over 800 acres. It will connect to the Raghanesda substation and aims to commission within the PPA timeline, supplying power with energy storage to meet peak demand.

ISRO Plans Five Major Missions Including Gaganyaan Unmanned Flight

ISRO strengthened India's NavIC system by successfully launching the NVS-03 navigation satellite, bringing the total to four satellites in orbit. Two more satellites are being prepared, and one is awaiting approval to reach the required seven for better navigation services. ISRO flew NVS-03 satellite with pyro valves open to ensure mission success

ISRO chief V Narayanan stated that to overcome technical issues and ensure mission reliability, the NVS-03 satellite was operated with three pyro valves open. This decision followed rigorous vibration and shock tests by a national committee led by former ISRO chief Kiran Kumar.
