Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), was granted conditional bail by the Special Executive Magistrate court after his detention ahead of the proposed 'Lehra Do Tiranga' march in Delhi on October 16. He signed a personal bond of Rs 50,000 and was released immediately instead of judicial custody. Dipke was arrested under Sections 126 and 170 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita for breach of peace. Delhi Police had prohibited the march citing law and order concerns.
