25 Arizona Voters Regain Rights After Wrongful Flagging
Twenty-five US citizens in Arizona had their voting rights restored after being wrongly flagged as possible noncitizens by the Trump administration. This followed a court-ordered mediation between Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap and Attorney General Kris Mayes on October 23. The agreement resolved a lawsuit and allowed these voters to participate in the November 3 midterm elections.
