22 Indian Crew Rescued from Tanker Accident near Ras Al Khaimah

A total of 22 Indian crew members were rescued after an accident involving the crude oil tanker MT Gem No. 2 near the coast of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The Indian Consulate in Dubai confirmed all crew are safe and in contact with UAE authorities. UK Maritime Trade Operations reported a missile strike on a tanker in the Strait of Hormuz, causing fire but no crew injuries. Damage and environmental impact are still unknown.
