17 Judges Recuse Themselves from Cases Involving IFS Officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi

Seventeen judicial officers, including two Supreme Court judges, four Uttarakhand High Court judges, nine Central Administrative Tribunal judges, and two district judiciary judges, have recused themselves from cases involving Uttarakhand IFS officer Sanjiv Chaturvedi over the years. The latest recusal was by CAT Delhi bench judge Rajveer Singh Verma on September 21, 2023, from a petition challenging a 2021 Uttarakhand government order related to IFS officers' appraisal reports.

GST Revenue in September Rises 14.7%, Stays Above Rs 2 Lakh Crore
